The Applicant’s principal place of business is 100 Road 165, Suite 706, Guaynabo, Puerto Rico, USA 00968.

The Applicant is wholly-owned and controlled by Juan Carlos Albors. Mr. Albors is a Puerto Rico-born lawyer and real estate developer.
